Changes to The Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998

These Regulations have been amended by the Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. The changes are as follows:
1. The requirement to retain each certificate of Employer’s Liability Insurance for 40 years has
been removed
